The past months of lockdown in NSW have been hard for everybody. We’ve had to learn new ways of being together, while being apart. Often the important moments we value the most with family and loved ones have been put on hold. Yet it seems the dawn is breaking on a new day.
It has certainly been a long hiatus. Thanks to the incredible vaccine efforts in NSW, we’re finally able to return to some sort of normality. And like most businesses, we’re thrilled to be reopening our doors on Monday 11th October. We know this wouldn’t be possible without everyone’s commitment to community. So we are grateful to everybody that’s made this possible. Thank you.
From Monday we will be welcoming all staff back on board, and we are pleased to announce that all our staff are fully vaccinated and we will be following all Covid guidelines. The only restriction is that it has been mandated that we are only able to admit customers who are also fully vaccinated. We are hopeful that this will be relaxed soon, and we appreciate your understanding in the meantime if you are impacted.
Please note: There will be a small change to our opening hours – from this week on we will be closing on Thursday at 7pm instead of 8pm. All other opening ours remain unchanged.
Helping you shop COVID Safe in store
As per the NSW Government requirement, customers will need to show proof that they are fully COVID-19 vaccinated, unless a medical exemption applies.
Out staff will be monitoring customer numbers and ensuring we remain in compliance with current health orders.
We’ll have sanitisation station set up at the front entrance of the store. When shopping in store, we ask that you please continue to wear a face mask, practice social distancing and sanitise your hands.
We require you to check in each time you visit our store, using the Government QR code. This will greatly assist with contact tracing. We also have manually check in options available.
As we’ve all become accustomed to, please do not enter the store if you feel unwell, are in mandatory isolation or have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19. We’ve asked our staff to do the same.
Speaking of staff – we remain deeply appreciative of all our staff members and the work they have done during lock down period to support the business. We ask that you please show kindness and respect to our staff members. They have also felt the impact of lockdown.

We understand that some customers may not feel comfortable returning to store just yet, and we completely understand. We have shopping options to help, so please choose one that’s right for you.
