Len Wallis Audio is still open for business, and hopefully will remain so during these uncertain times.

Providing a safe environment for our customers and employees is a paramount to the Len Wallis Audio shopping experience. It’s our endeavour to do our very best during this challenging period to allow our customers to access service, advice and products when they need it.

It’s important that we all follow and practice Government recommendations on social distancing. Where needed we will be proactively managing customer traffic management to ensure we are maintaining the most recent social distancing advice.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, you may also choose to shop online and use the convenience of having our products delivered directly to your door or you can choose to collect them from our showroom. Importantly we are always here for a chat should you wish to call.

Payment options
For the time being our payment methods have not changed. Which means debit or credit cards, Bank Transfers, PayPal, ZipPay, and yes we are accepting Cash.

Staff members
We have requested any staff member feeling unwell to remain at home. We also encourage customers who are feeling unwell to remain at home and instead use our online shopping options.

We are prepared to respond to any health and safety issues should they arise.

  1. To the team of LWA, I hope that you and your families stay safe through these uncertain times. On a business front I sincerely hope that through continues custom and government assistance (that’s what they are there for), that LWA can continue for as long as possible. And that when the shutdown eventually comes, the business is able to ride through it and come through the other side. It would be a tragedy to lose a business that I’ve found to be one based on integrity, product knowledge and truly assisting customers with their individual needs rather than pushy sales. There are too few retail business that operate like you these days. I truly wish I was in a position to make another purchase following my Planar 3 (which is getting a workout) as part of the effort to get you through, but sadly COVID-19 has hit Tamworth as well. -We actually thought we might be far enough away from the cities to possibly ride through relatively untouched, but that’s not how it has worked out for the town. Good luck and stay strong :).
