We invite you to visit our showroom at Len Wallis Audio to experience the Sonetto III G2 firsthand and discover how they can elevate your listening experience.
Exceptional Craftsmanship and Signature Sonus faber Sound
At the heart of the Sonus faber Sonetto III G2 speakers is the “Voice of Sonus faber,” the company’s signature sound, known for its warmth, natural tonality, and rich detail. The Sonetto III G2 features a 1.1″ Damped Apex Dome (DAD) tweeter and a 6.5″ paper pulp sandwich cone mid-woofer, working together to deliver a high-fidelity audio experience that captures every nuance of your music. The advanced phase coherent crossover design ensures that the drivers work in harmony, creating an immersive soundstage with pinpoint precision.
The Sonetto III G2’s lute-shaped cabinet not only adds to its aesthetic appeal but also enhances its acoustic performance by reducing standing waves and unwanted resonances. This iconic design element, combined with high-end materials like wood, leather, and concrete, ensures that these speakers are both a visual and sonic masterpiece.
Stability and Innovation in Design
A key feature of the Sonetto G2 series is the introduction of a concrete base, which adds stability and reinforces the structural integrity of the speakers. This solid foundation minimizes vibrations, ensuring optimal performance, particularly in demanding listening environments. The addition of binding post covers adorned with the Sonus faber logo adds a touch of refinement to the speakers while ensuring secure and high-quality connections.
Unmatched Performance
With a frequency response range of 38 Hz to 40,000 Hz and compatibility with amplifiers ranging from 50 watts to 280 watts, the Sonetto III G2 offers a versatile solution for audiophiles seeking exceptional sound. Whether you’re listening to your favorite records, streaming music, or immersing yourself in a home theater experience, these speakers are designed to deliver rich, full-bodied sound across a wide range of musical genres and audio formats.
A Tribute to Italian Craftsmanship
Derived from the Italian word for “sonet” (meaning “little song”), the Sonetto G2 collection pays homage to the rich traditions of Italian craftsmanship and design. The Sonetto III G2 speakers feature custom-engineered drivers and high-quality components that have been carefully selected and meticulously tuned in Sonus faber’s laboratories. The result is a speaker that combines cutting-edge technology with the timeless beauty of Italian design.
Designed for Audiophiles
The Sonetto III G2 is not just a speaker; it’s an investment in your audio system. With its 2.5-way bass reflex design, rear-vented mid-woofer, and down-vented woofer, these speakers offer dynamic sound reproduction with deep, controlled bass and crystal-clear high frequencies. This makes the Sonetto III G2 perfect for audiophiles who demand the best in performance without compromising on style.
