With all the uncertainly around COVID-19 many people have called to ask if we are still open?
We thank you sincerely for your concern and support.
At this stage the answer is Yes, and we intend to remain open unless NSW transitions to a full lockdown environment.
At the same time many things are changing for the short term. The fact that we have a large store works in our favour allowing us to easily practice social distancing. Plus we have numerous sound-lounges where you can audition equipment in relative isolation. We will ensure that if anyone is utilizing a room no other clients will enter until that audition is finished. Onsite carparking (under the building accessible from the rear) is also a bonus.
We are also experiencing an upturn in phone calls. If you cannot or do not wish to venture outside the safety of you home please take the opportunity to give us a call. We are more than happy to offer over-the-phone consultations and advice. You can even make a purchase by phone and have the goods delivered free of charge.
Also please make full use of our website. Most items on the site can be ordered on-line, and again for the duration of this pandemic we will waive all delivery charges.
Finally take the time to flick through our recently released newsletter – The Hi-Fi Headlines. This highlights recent releases that we now have on our shelves, plus other items of interest in this fantastic A/V world of ours.

Installation of your purchase is still available. All our staff are healthy and have not been in contact with anyone with the virus. All vans are equipped with sanitizer fluid, and our installation team members wear masks and disposable gloves. We do ask that if we are visiting your home that everyone within the household is also Virus free and has not been in contact with the virus within the two previous weeks.
There are unusual times, and we are taking whatever measures we can to ensure that you and our staff remain safe and healthy, while catering for all your audio visual needs in a practical and convenient fashion.
