Goods Damaged in Transit.

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Len Wallis Audio will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

Refunds

Refunds will be normally be processed within five (5) days.

Delivery Charges

Where Len Wallis Audio considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to Len Wallis Audio will be at our cost.

Returns and Repairs.

You may visit Len Wallis Audio and a staff member will assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be repaired, or providing you with a replacement.

Goods must be returned within a reasonable time. 

If any goods cannot be easily returned to us due to their size, the fault or because they have been affixed or installed in your premises, please contact us and we will arrange an inspection to assess the goods.

Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.

You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which may vary due to reasons beyond our control.

If any goods that you return are capable of retaining user generated data such as files stored on a hard drive, and songs stored on a portable media player, the replacement or repair of the goods may result in loss of the data. In these circumstances, we recommend you back up data to prevent data loss, and remove sensitive or confidential data, as a party assessing and/or repairing your goods may be required to view data in the course of carrying out the assessment. We will not be responsible for any data loss.

In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

The side panels of the loudspeaker are in concrete finish, while the front panel has been given a tin colour. These sculpted finishes give a metallic effect previously unseen in the audio sector; we have taken inspiration from the grandeur of architecture.

An acclaimed array of Naim Classic electronics power the speakers: the cutting-edge NDX 2 music-streaming player pairs with the NAC 282/NAP 250 DR pre-power amplifiers, complete with NAPSC and HiCap DR power supplies. Each component features matching tin finishes. This bundle includes all the connections you need, including a pair of Super Lumina speaker cables.

High performance loudspeakers
Sopra N°2 clearly paved the way to another era for the “Premium High End” bringing new performance criteria. Compact, modern, a pure design, character… all these are essential factors to ensure perfect integration into your interior. Equipped with best midrange drivers ever developed by Focal, with the NIC (Neutral Inductance Circuit) and TMD (Tuned Mass Damper) technologies, Sopra N°2 pushes back the limits of sound reproduction in terms of transparency in a very compact enclosure. Sopra N°2 is perfectly at ease in rooms measuring up to 320ft2 (30m2), and is even ideal for larger rooms measuring up to 750ft2 (70m2).

Modern yet classic – the NAP 250 DR
The NAP 250 lives up to the challenge set by its predecessors. Housed in the low-resonance, anodised aluminium enclosure of the Classic Series, it delivers 80W per channel (into 8ohms) with all the speed, power and agility needed to unleash your music. The NAP 250 now features the new NA009 transistors first introduced in Statement. The 250 also includes the high power Naim Audio DR (Discrete Regulator) technology used in Statement to provide the smooth, stable power supply we know is critical for the audio electronics to make music come to life.

Achieving the highest levels of musical performance with the NAPSC
The NAPSC a small but important link in the chain in extracting the highest levels of musical performance from these hi-fi components. Controlling the power supply element of the system has been a mainstay of Naim Audio engineering since the early days. Just as paying close attention to every detail in design – no matter how small or seemingly insignificant it may seem – is one of the ways in which we ensure high-quality musical performance.

The NAPSC power supply is an example of this philosophy in action. It comes as standard with the NAC 282 preamplifier, supplying smooth low-noise power for the digital circuitry, leaving the preamp to concentrate on doing its main job of managing the signal. This attention to detail reaps rewards in improved musical clarity and reduced noise.

Compact power with the HiCap DR
It may be small, but the HiCap’s talent for maximising your system’s musicality should not be underestimated. A compact power supply partner for almost all of our preamplifiers plus our phono stages and active crossover components, its large toroidal transformer and generous, high-quality smoothing capacitors ensure excellent performance and value.
