just a brief note to provide you with some customer feedback on the service I received recently when I purchased and had installed a new Yamaha Multi Zone system.
As a repeat customer (I bought a Yamaha system from you around 25 years ago), I expected GOOD service but what I got can only be described as EXCELLENT customer service. Your Sales, Installation and Support teams were friendly, helpful, dedicated and thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a problem to them.
Special mention is made of Juan Leon, George Liebenberg and Andre Van .... who were highly competent, customer focused and led by example.
I would be most grateful if you could please pass on my sincere thanks to the staff involved in my transaction and I would have not the slightest hesitation in recommending your company to others.

Just a brief note to congratulate you on some exceptional customer service I received recently. I rarely do this but I was so satisfied with the service that it needed to brought to your attention.
I was having trouble with my system before Xmas and arranged a service call for 8am Monday 4/1/10.
On the dot your service technician, Alex arrived and not only fixed my problem but sorted out a few other concerns I had with the system in a very helpful and professional manner.
If all service technicians were as punctual, courteous, helpful and competent as Alex, then the customer world would be a far happier place.
